This new event will take participants on a truly spectacular tour of the UK’s original National Park.
It will be a real showcase for the stunning views, diverse landscapes and rich history the Peak District has to offer. With plenty of elevation gain, the courses offers a significant challenge for participants at all levels, while also having plenty of runnable terrain.
The 100 mile event is aimed at strong ultra runners with previous trail/mountain experience and the ability to complete the distance within a 36 hour limit.
The 50 and 33 mile events are designed to appeal to a wide range of runners and hikers. The generous time limit of 22 hours for both courses makes them suitable for all paces and those new to ultra distance.
In addition to the standard individual entries, each distance can be entered as a small team of 2 or 3 running together throughout the event.
The 50 and 33 mile events can also be entered by relay teams, with 6 or 4 stages respectively.
A series of training events / recce runs will take place in the lead up to the race to help you prepare, and bags of support is available from the professional coaching team at Peak Running.
